Thank you for expressing interest in our 10 day programme of chess training in St. Petersburg. The number of students for each tour will be limited to a maximum of 10 and each programme will be tailored to meet the requirements of the students. We plan to aim each tour either at an "Advanced Group" or an "Intermediate Group".

We will need the full details about each student so that we can obtain the necessary Letter of Invitation for a visa. These are on the registration form.

If you wish to register for a programme, it will be necessary to pay a deposit of $300 (please complete the registration form below and then click on "Order Now" in order to pay deposit). The balance may be paid here by credit card or in U.S. dollars.

Please go now to the registration form by clicking - REGISTER NOW.

Once you have registered and received a registration number, it will be necessary to fax to us a copy of the main page of your passport - i.e. the one with your photograph and details. This should be faxed to +7 812 311 7160 with an accompanying cover note giving your registration number. This is to enable us to arrange the letter of invitation for your visa.

I look forward to welcoming you at one of our sessions.

Please advise the city and country where you will apply to the Russian consulate/embassy for your visa Upon receipt of this info, our administrator will apply for visa support to Foreign Affairs Dept. in St. Petersburg. Within 10 to 15 days, they will send a telex to the corresponding Russian consulate/embassy (the one which you have stated) and we will tell you the reference number of it. After this, you may just go to the consulate and pick up your visa. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us at tours@gmchess.com.
