Held by the Olympic Reserve Chess and Checkers Children's Sports School of the Sports Committee jointly with the Children's Sports School No 2 of Kalininski district, supported by the St.Petersburg Chess Federation

1. June 19-29 - Round Robin tournaments A (men's) and B (women's), GM norms possible (participation and conditions to be agreed with the organisers); time control 40 moves in 2 hours + 1 hour to finish; rounds start at 16.00.
2. June 19-27 Open Swiss rating tournament C. 9 rounds; time control 40/2 h + 1 h; rounds start at 16.00.
3. June 19-27 Open Swiss tournament D for amateurs, 9 rounds; time control 40/1.5 h + 0.5 h; rounds start at 11.00.

Entry Fees

C Tournament. GMs and IMs: none; others: from $5 (Elo above 2450) to $60 (non rated). Fees are accepted in roubles according to the Russia Central Bank rate at the day of the tournament's start.
50% discounts (rated players only) for women, seniors over 60 and juniors under 18.
D tournament. 200 rbl.
E Tournament. ELO rated players: none; non rated players: 800 rbl. (including FIDE registration)
F tournament. 150 rbl.
G tournament. 75 rbl.

Prize funds of open tournaments will reach 75% of entry fees sums.
