St.Petersburg rapid chess Cup (9.09-10.09, 2000)

September 9-10, 32 participants, knock-out system, sortition after every round. A round consists of two games, 25 min per player per game, if the score is 1:1, then two games per 5 min per game, if after these games the score is 2:2, then one additional game with 6 min by White and 5 min by Black (in case of a draw Black wins the round). To define colours in the additional game the players draw lots.
